こちらの商品は、希少な野州麻の精麻を使用した、神聖なしめ縄です。

神棚や玄関、お好きな場所に飾ってみてください。
精麻のしめ縄が、空間の氣を整え、神聖なエネルギーで満たされます。
まるで神社の境内にいるような、場が祈りの空間へと変わっていきます。

【精麻の力と意味】
精麻は古来より「神が宿る植物」とされ、
神事や冠婚葬祭、人生の節目に用いられてきました。

主に以下のような目的で使われます：
祓い（はらい）：悪い気や穢れを取り除く

癒し：心を落ち着け、安心感をもたらす

御守り：災いから身を守る

空間の浄化：場の気を整える

また、精麻は成長が早く根を深く張ることから、発展・商売繁盛・人々の成長を象徴する縁起の良い素材として、私たちの暮らしと深く結びついてきました。

戦後までは漁網や釣り糸、衣類や縄などにも使われ、神社のしめ縄や横綱の締め飾りなど、伝統文化の中でも重要な役割を担っています。

■ 素材 / 製造背景
使用している精麻は、栃木県にて400年以上続く麻農家の8代目が、種まきから湯掛け、麻引き、精麻干しまで一貫して手作業で管理した、国産・麻100％の特等精麻です。
この精麻から紐を作り、ひとつひとつ丁寧に仕立てています。

垂れ紐：約20cm前後

紐の太さ：約1.1～1.2cm

※サイズの都合上、宅急便コンパクトまたは宅急便での発送をおすすめしております。

しめ縄は配送の都合上、コンパクトに丸めた状態で包装しております。
お手元に届きましたら、形を軽く整えてからご使用ください。

■ お手入れと取り扱い
精麻は天然繊維のため、使い始めは少し硬く感じることがありますが、
時間とともに馴染み、風合いが増していきます。毛羽立ちが気になる場合は、ハサミなどで軽く整えてください。

水濡れは色変化の原因となるため、なるべく乾いた状態でのご使用をおすすめします。

This sacred shimenawa is crafted from rare Yashu seima, a traditional Japanese hemp fiber used in Shinto rituals for purification. Seima is a traditional Japanese hemp fiber used in Shinto rituals for purification.

Considered a sacred plant believed to house divine energy.

Used for purification, protection, healing, and cleansing spaces.

Symbolizes growth, prosperity, and strong foundations due to its deep‑rooted, vigorous growth.

Historically used for fishing nets, clothing, ropes, and still essential for shrine ropes and sumo ceremonial belts.

Made with 100% Japan‑grown Yashu seima, hand‑processed by an eighth‑generation hemp farmer in Tochigi with over 400 years of tradition.

Each piece is crafted by hand from this premium seima fiber.

Shipped gently rolled for safe delivery; reshape lightly before use.

Seima may feel firm at first but softens and develops character over time.
